Dear Parents/Guardians,
Dear Parents and Students,
We are so proud of how hard our students have been working during testing season! Their focus, determination, and positive attitudes have truly shown just how capable and resilient they are.
This week, we will continue with STAAR Math and Science testing. Please be aware that dismissal will be delayed again this week to allow all students the time they need to finish strong.
Looking ahead, our End-of-Year assessments will begin on May 5th — I can hardly believe how quickly summer is approaching! As we enter this final stretch, let’s continue to encourage and support our students both at school and at home. Their hard work is paying off, and together, we can help them finish the year with success and pride.
A few important reminders:
✅ No lunch visitors will be allowed during testing days — thank you for your understanding and support.
✅ Make sure your student gets a good night’s sleep before each test day.
✅ Send them off with their favorite breakfast to start the day with confidence.
✅ Pack their favorite snack (if allowed) to keep their energy up during breaks!
Parent Tip:
Write a short, encouraging letter or note for your child to read the morning of the test — a few kind words can make all the difference and help calm any nerves. Let them know how proud you are of their hard work and determination!
We believe in every single one of our students, and we are excited to see them show what they know!
Thank you for being such an important part of their support system — together, we’ve got this!
Best regards,
Principal Parker
